These terms apply to your use of corpcope.org and to the products sold on it. corpcope is operated by Plamen Petkov, an individual based in Bulgaria (Ivan Kolev 25, 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria) ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@corpcope.org.

Purchases

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Creem, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Creem handles checkout, payment, VAT and sales tax, invoicing and receipts, under Creem's terms. Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax calculated at checkout.

Digital products

After payment, the PDF guide is delivered through a secure download link in your email receipt and in Creem's customer portal. Access to the video course, when available, is provided through a personal access key sent with your receipt.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and watch the material for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, videos or access keys, in whole or in part.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

No professional advice

Our content is general career guidance based on experience. It is not legal, HR, financial or medical advice and does not create any professional relationship. Situations differ, so use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional before decisions with legal or financial consequences.

Liability

We prepare the content with care but cannot guarantee any particular outcome from using it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the date you made it.
