Refund Policy

If the guide or course isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@corpcope.org from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the receipt if you have it. We reply within 3 business days.

How you get your money back

Refunds are issued by Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it. After a refund, access to the product and any course access key may be switched off.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, your rights under consumer law, including if a product is faulty or not as described.
