Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data corpcope.org collects and why. The data controller is Plamen Petkov, an individual based in Bulgaria (Ivan Kolev 25, 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria). Contact: support@corpcope.org.

What we collect

When you buy something, the purchase is processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to complete the sale, charge tax and deliver your product, under Creem's privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, what you bought and when, so we can provide the product and support. We never receive your card details.

When you email us, including to join the course waitlist, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, and for the waitlist, to tell you when the course launches.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools.

Legal basis

We process purchase data to perform our contract with you, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. We process your email for the waitlist based on your consent, which you give by writing to us and can withdraw at any time.

Who processes the data

Creem (payments and delivery), Cloudflare (hosting) and Zoho (our email provider, EU data centre). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR requires. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Waitlist addresses are deleted once the course launches or when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@corpcope.org. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or to the data protection authority in your country.
